Santa Marta - Tayrona park
The retreat begins in the coastal city of Santa Marta, where we will spend two weeks at the amazing Mucho Sur Hotel. Weekend activities includes an overnight trip to Tayrona National Park!
Cartagena
Next, we will spend a full week in the Caribbean city of Cartagena. Activities will include walking tours through the stunning historical center and local outings to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of the city.
Sailing Trip to San Blas Islands
Time to set sail on a 5-night adventure from Cartagena to the Islands of San Blas! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, all-inclusive meals, and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters as we explore this tropical heaven with the Tribe! *For this part of the trip plan to coordinate 3 days off work.

Vero grew up in Barranquilla, Colombia, and Panama City, and she calls both places home.
On this trip, she’ll share her love for these two cultures—expect to try her favorite childhood foods, get local insider information, and hear plenty of funny and inspiring stories.
She is very excited to be near the ocean, exploring Tayrona National Park and sailing from Cartagena to Panama. With Vero, every day is full of music, laughter, and a true Caribbean vibe.
Pau is a part-time digital nomad from México who’s all about balancing home, work, adventure, and travel. After joining the Peru Hike Retreat, she fell in love with Noma Tribe’s incredible community spirit and wanted more!
Recently, Pau took a leap and left her job to volunteering at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and traveling across Europe. Now, with an exciting new remote role, she’s ready to hit the road again—starting with the Caribbean Dream!
